Oil change nearly cost me big. Terrible customer service aft

Long story short. I took my truck to Bebos for a wash and oil change. I attempted to change my oil myself as usually do. Simple task, remove oil pan bolt, drain oil. Remove oil filter, replace with new one. Fill with fresh oil.

Bebo's oil tech put my oil pan bolt and oil filter on so tight that I broke my oil filter wrench and nearly borke the head off the oil pan bolt.

Today I called the lube dept. to ask if they had any ideas how to get the oil filter off in this situation. I was told he was busy. I call back nearly an hour later and I have been on hold long enough to sign in to Google, find this review site, and type this entire review.

Stay away from their lube department. You may pay big time in the end. Took me nearly 2 hours to do an oil change, should take 30 minutes, TOPS.

Update, after nearly 20 minutes on hold this time, the lady at the counter picked up the phone to check on me and I hear the tech over the radio state again, "I am busy, take a message." Way to go sir, you just lost a long time customer. And my wife loves having her car washed there. I will wash hers at home just to keep money out of this company's pocket.

Go anywhere else, really. Crappiest customer service ever. No money for them!

I am a HUGE be in believer in customer service. I stay loyal to a business and will drop lots of money there if they treat me right and show me that they value my business. I WILL NEVER GIVE BEBO'S CARWASH OF MOBILE ALABAMA ANOTHER DIME OF MY MONEY AS LONG AS I LIVE. I went there today to have my car waxed and buffed to the tune of $100 (didn't bat an eye; I keep my car nice) but was treated so poorly and with such disrespect from everyone from the manager on duty to the attendents. Smart-alec and impatient, they really set me off. Don't "reward" a business like this with your hard earned money. Go some where where they value your business and treat you accourdingly, BEBO'S IN MOBILE, ALABAMA AT SPRINGDALE PLAZA could apparently careless. Boo-hiss.
