Checkers on Broad St, Mobile Al. I just left Checkers on Broad St. and as I approached the mic to place my order they offered me a specail. I declined and proceded with my order. The lady told me it would take 6 mins for my chicken to cook and asked if I would mind waiting... I replied "I don't mind at all" I approached the window and asked if I could have my fries fully loaded. The manager said the order has already been placed and she could not change it.

She took my money and another lady came up and presented my sodas. I asked that lady if I could have fully loaded fries and she asked the manager again and she still replied no. I said since I gotta wait 6 minutes on my chicken anyway, why can't I get fully loaded fries? I'm trying to pay for them, I don't care what they cost I just want them. Next thing I know insted of her passing me my order she passes me my money back... Dumbfounded I asked are you refusing me service? She replied "YES" so I asked for her name and a corporate number. She replied " I ain't got time to talk to you and If you don't leave I'm gonna call the police. I asked " Because I want Fully Loaded fries?

Sure enough minutes later I was surrounded by Police. I explained to them what happened and that if she simply gave me a corporate number I would be satisfied and would go to another location. She gave the Officer a receipt stained with mayonnaise to give to me. I asked the officer is this the kind of service he's used to getting because I Surely Am Not!

I am awaiting a call back from the GM. I spoke with a manager at another location and she promised to have a GM call me and explain why I was refused service and treated so rudely. I'm supposed to have recieved a call within 10 minutes... The clock is ticking.

AWEFUL!!!. Had a 45 minute wait time in line in my car only to receive: Cold food that should be hot, missing items, and a disgusting Giant California LaCucaRacha running out of the bag after I got home. When I went back and waited 30 more minutes to attempt to resolve the situation, I was greeted by rude & lewd staff, who used Censurable & Elitist & racially derogatory language to tell me in no uncertain terms how they were NOT going to fix their mistakes. To sum up--horrible food, horrible people, and horrible place to go. NOT recommended.
