Awful! I will never eat here again.. I read bad reviews about this restaurant on other sites, and I should have taken them seriously!

I ordered the fish and chips, and they brought me fish that was uncooked in the center--it was still frozen! When I pointed this out to the waitress, she got the manager, who explained, "We've never cooked this kind of fish before. We're trying to figure it out."

They're a restaurant! Shouldn't they already know how to cook something that's on their menu?

They asked me if I wanted them to recook the fish, but I decided to order something else, a salad that was actually more expensive. When they brought it out, the leaves were wilted. We paid full price for our meal. They did not offer us anything except a half-hearted apology.
