I was in the neighborhood and decided to take a look. They greeted me the moment I walked in the door. The associate asked what I was looking for in an invitation and pulled books that she thought I would like. Even though she knew I was just looking and not quite ready to make a decision she was exceedingly nice and very helpful!

Mobile's WORST print shop. I do not recommend anyone set foot in this so called business. Customer service is so bad it is pathetic- Directly insulting- Have lived in and/or shopped in this town my entire life-- NEVER seen such a badly run business-Or such rude employees - Work product they turned out was sloppy. Did poor job of rectifying error they made in my order One employee in particular treats owner ( who has health problems ) with blatant disrespect The whole situation begs the question: WHY ? Why be this way to other people. WHAT are you accomplishing ? Are you people actually PROUD of being mean to others and doing a lousy job ? Well you sure acted like it while I was there-

If I could give a lower than 1 star I would but this review format does not allow it.

Wonderful Invites, Kind Staff. My family has used Write Impressions to purchase invitations for two weddings, two wedding showers, two rehearsal dinners, two bridesmaids luncheons, three baby showers, countless Christmas Parties, Birthdays, and Thanksgivings.

We've gotten, great, never pushy, service every single time.

I think other complaints have stemmed from customers, who perhaps, need more attention than we have. I like being left alone to make my decision, but if I've asked for help, its always been graciously given

Even in difficult situations they've always been willing to go out of their way to be helpful and get us what we needed, when we needed it.

Terrible Customer Service. I'm a bride to be, scheduled to marry my best friend in November, so my mom and I went to Write Impressions last weekend to pick out and order wedding invitations. Our experience was terrible from the moment we stepped foot in the door to the moment we left. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a young lady who sneered at us when she asked if we could be helped. We told her what we were there for and she proceeded to take us to the row of wedding books so that we could look through them. I asked her if she could grab a book from the top for me since I'm very short and she replied, "umm those aren't for you. they're VERY expensive". I was very hurt. My mother and I are not rude people so I politely said thank you anyway and went about my business. Mind you, my mother and I are very well dressed, well mannered people.. I appreciate her trying to save us some money, but I had asked her to get a book down for me, not how much the invitations in the book were. Then, three girls came in and she immediately started to ignore me and my mom and turned to help them. They all sat and laughed together while my mom and I stood in front of them searching, with no help, she never asked if we NEEDED any more help, etc. I was so very excited to pick out my wedding invitations and this girl working at Write Impressions ruined it for me. So, I got all of the information of a specific invitation that I loved out of one of their books, called my grandmother who just happens to own her own print shop, and had her order the exact one I wanted; thank goodness for my sweet grandmother and her helpful, sweet attitude. I will never buy anything from Write Impressions or step foot in there again, and I encourage others to do the same.

Poor Customer Service. I like to purchase my children’s birthday invitations from here and they have a good selection but if I bring my children in with me they do not want to help me. Their personality changes every time I go in and I do not like it when someone ignores me because I have small children.
