Poor quality and poor service..
Stay clear. Worst quality furniture ever and poor customer service. First crib we bought. The assembly holes did not line up. Told them and at least expected pick up of the bad one and delivery of new. Not only did they not do that, that offered no recompense whatsoever and on top of that when I went to pick up the replacement which took 6 weeks to come in they had the audacity to tell me they required 24 hour notice before pickup so they could ensure someone on site to assist with loading and unloading. They have one man that works there and is in his 60's. The replacement which I just unboxed , while no damage at all to the box has two very large gashes in the top edge of the footboard piece. I have no doubt whatsoever that they will try the same wait 6 weeks and get no recompense and little help so I am through with them.
