After reading the 2 reviews, it I rather obvious that the one with 5 stars was written by the doctors office. People don't usually have such drastic accounts of the same service.

After seeing Dr. Martin several times, I will now submit my personal review. I find the ladies that work for him rather rude and unconcerned with the clientele. Unless it's the lady trying to sell you products, don't look for much in personality here. I like to feel comfortable with the entire process, that's just me.

As for Dr. Martin, I found him pleasant and very willing to answer my questions. He is very good at what he does in regards to Botox and fillers. I can't attest to his skill in plastic surgery.

Give him a try if you don't mind the semi rude assistants with clown makeup.

Not so good. I went because of the review and did not have the same experience. It is hard to get into if you work. No nights and no weekends. A spa with those hours kind of crazy. I had a gift certificate so I made it work. I just wanted a relaxing experience not a high pressure to have extensive treatments like Laser and Botox. I felt like I was at a constant infomercial on how I could look younger. I am a little too young for a facelift but it was suggested. Relax else ware.

Best spa experience in Mobile.. I usually don't ever write reviews online for anything. But, The Martin Center is definitely worth writing about. I have never encountered such a wonderful and friendly staff at a doctor's office. The nurses and technicians are very helpful and thorough. I have been back numerous times for massages, facials, pedicures, and laser treatments. The I highly recommend The Martin Center to anyone looking for a spectacular spa experience.
