LOVE IT. I love the people there !!! I have been going there for over 4 years now I get everything done there its a 1 stop shop Shawn does my hair just the way I love it and hes so honest !! Annie does all my skin care she rocks !

Wouldn't honor gift certicate. My pregnant wife was given a gift certificate for this place and after a long period of morning sickness felt well enough to go for a massage. When she arrived at Island Day Spa they had no electricity, no A/C, and it was like an oven; so she decided to come back another day. The staff at Island Day Spa told her it was fine to reschedule and even though she pointed out that her gift certificate would soon expire. They insisted that they would overlook the expiry date of the gift certificate because of their electrical problems and encouraged her to come back at a later date. When she came back at a later date, they would not honor the gift certificate and treated her horribly. They were rude, unprofessional, effectively called her a liar, and would not provide her with any services nor refund the certificate even after we contacted the BBB. There are much better spas in Mobile and I would recommend you go somewhere with better customer service and reliable electricity.

great services and friendly staff. I've been to spas all over the world and the services here are great by any standards. My massage therapist Selena gave me the deepest sports massage I've ever had. Staff is super friendly and accomodating. Parking is tricky though.
