Customer Service at its BEST.
At 9am 12/6/08. I called about some gift items. A clerk named Barbara searched and found what I was certain I would not find. She searched them out and agreed to hold them for me.
For a clerk to take the time to do this on a Saturday in the Christmas shopping season, is unusual.
