Very Unprofessional! Would not rent again!. I would live in a cardboard box to avoid renting from this company. Ole Bay Managment, Inc lacks any measureable degree of professionalism and their organizational skills are horrid. The manager took half of my deposit to clean up stuff left from HIS contractors and said I should have know they were suppose to remove it. He changes his story with the wind and is quite untrustworthy. He offerred to give me a military option out of my lease and then rescended it and made me pay the final three months of the lease when I bought a house through another realty company (he sells houses too). He puts every thing in writing and then afterwards, places a twist on subjective conditions so that he can pull a couple hundred from each renter. You can't talk Mike without it ending in shouting match - pathetic. My neighbors even had a bet as to how much he was going to sucker me for....how truly sad. Do your research and you will find yourself pursuing a different rental agency.

Dont rent at 110 S. Broad!. DONT RENT AT 110 S BROAD ST! Yes its old and one of the most beautiful apts but, after spending a week cleaning it after being told it would be cleaned before we moved in, roaches, homeless in your back yard smoking crack, I even had a homeless man in the building while coming in late and I ran into my apt as he yelled running down the back stairs...leaky windows, $400 power bills (in 2 br apt and rarely used power), having to weather seal all cracks because it was 'my fault' my bills were so high yet we froze and had to buy heaters during the winter.. AND I was warned that big ole Mike likes to take a couple hundred of your deposit, ITS SO TRUE! He took $125 because a hinge was loose on a door and he had to glue a loose piece of wood! I was and am still VERY ANGRY after going up there to speak with him to only be told..."you left the place in wonderful condition, I wish all of my tenants did so...but we had to send some one out to fix that hinge." I worked my ass off to make sure there was NO REASON he could take my money, there will always be a reason! DONT RENT FROM HIM!

-on the positive, when I called because something needed to be done, It was always takin care of... Thats about IT!

I would rent from them again. I would rent from them again. The people working there are always nice and helpful. They respond to repairs fast and the repair man is very nice. My only complaint is that they do not take credit cards for rent.
