Delicious Prime Rib. I could not believe this was a catered meal. IT WAS DELICIOUS! The staff were very efficient, professional equiptment and plenty of hot delicious food. I do highly recommend them.

Horrible!. I wanted to use Lassere's to make a few dishes for my wedding. I went in for a taste tasting and went ahead and booked them for my wedding 4 months in advance. I called 1 month before my wedding and the owners were out. I left a message to have them call me next week when they returned. After 1 week of not hearing from them, I called back. I was told that the owners were still not in and I left another message. Finally 2 weeks before my wedding I talked to the owner and we went over everything for the day of my wedding. Less than a week before my wedding I call to come in and make my last payment. I was then informed that they were no longer going to make the food for my wedding. They had erased me off the calendar, because they got a bigger wedding to do. They told me that I could come im pick up my food frozen and cook it myself for the same price. I was so mad and very stressed out. They did not even call me and let me know, which was extremely rude to me. I went crazy after that, because they were making the seafood that my fiance loved. With 3 days to my wedding it was so hard for me to find a caterer that would be able to make food for my wedding. Finally 1 day before my wedding I found someone to make the food, the downside was, that it costed me a fortune. I will never use Lassere;s again and I would not recommend them to anyone. They have poor customer service skills and should not be able to treat customers that way. The one I am referring to is located off Three Notch Kroner Road in Mobile 36619
