Horrible Service

Going to this company to pay an existing bill was a horrible experience. The women in this business were very rude. As friendly as I was to them; they did not return the kindness. Just because someone get's into a crunch where they may lag behind in a bill, does not give anyone the right to talk to them like they are nothing. All of the women in this place need to go to Customer Service training.

These people really don't know...

Rude and not at all willing to help! With credit getting more important these days with the credit issuing companies it seems that the creditor or collection company would do their part in helping people reslove old debts by willing to remove from your credit file once it has been paid, it is a win win situation for both the creiditor and the indvidual since they both get what they want, I was flaty lied to today saying they didn't have the legal documents to be able to remove, Just an FYI no legal anything is required, they can send a letter saying it has been paid to the credit bureau they can send the same letter asking them to remove the item, works the same!!!! It seems to me that anyone out there is more willing to pay something that would no longer have a detrimental effect on your credit score if removed the bad rating goes away, just paying it stays there for seven more years. Let me think about this, remove it, I 'll pay it, don't remove it and the bad debt is there for seven years whether I pay it or not, which make more since? For any business wanting to use these people for your companies collections, think about it, you will get more people paying off these items if the company you choose will give the person something in return for the payment, a delteled item form there credit file is all it will take. I know that I have two more colelctions and the other two companies have already sent me a letter stating they will remove the negaative items from my creidt files once i make the payment, gues who's getting paid!

Not very nice to customers

This company is successful not because of their customer service skills, but because they are apparently collecting for companies that lack customer service skills also. They are very short in conversation and can make you feel very small when you have had an already unfortunate experience that created this medical debt.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE

THIS IS A COLLECTION AGENCY. I WORK FOR A COLLECTION AGENCY AND I DON'T TREAT PEOPLE THE WAY THAT THEY DO. IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING UNDER THE LAW YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO STATE ON SOMEONE'S VOICEMAIL THAT YOU ARE A DEBT COLLECTOR. ALL YOU CAN SAY IS THAT YOU ARE CALLING REGARDING A "PERSONAL BUSINESS MATTER." WHAT IF SOMEONE ELSE IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD OR ANOTHER PERSON IN GENERAL CHECKED THE ANSWERING MACHINE? I THINK THIS IS PROHIBITED BY LAW. PEOPLE DON'T WANT TO PAY MONEY TO SOMEONE WHO IS DIFFICULT TO TALK TO AND TALKS OVER YOU. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. I DON'T OPERATE OUR BUSINESS IN THIS MANNER.
