Never would I recommend

I had my truck washed there, a Chevrolet Avalanche, and their machine ripped off the grey side above the right rear tire. This was a terrible surprise but shortly after seeing the problem they filled out an accident report and told us that they would have the owner call us the next day and he would pay for it. So there seemed to be no problem and we left in shock that it happened, but comforted that it would be delt with quickly. After not hearing from them in two days I gave them a call and only after that did they check on the situation and return my call. When the manager did return my call he informed us that the owner looked at the piece (BIG piece that they kept there because they told us they were paying for the new one) and said that he was not going to pay for it. ***Horrible Experience***

This is a place wanting to be a car wash

Rich's car wash on Hillcrest Rd is the sorriest excuse for a car wash in Mobile. They don't know how to vacuum a vehicle or clean the windows. They step on your door jams to wipe off the front windshield then leave dirt all over the door jams, which they don't clean off. You'd get a better value for your dollar by sticking a match to it!

In the 10 years that I have been involved in the car wash industry, I have never been more proud of a full service car wash than I am with Rich's Car Wash. Their ownership is devoted to their customers and employees alike. I have never seen a group of owners who take as much pride and responsibility in the day to day operations as the owners of Rich's. They understand that as a customer you want quality, value and quick service. They also understand that it is difficult to meet the expectations of every customer. Their goal is to provide a great service in a friendly environment and I think they do a terrific job. I recommend their services to anyone who would like to sit back and have their vehicle taken care of by a group of professional car washers.

The city of Mobile is fortunate to have a company that is devoted to the satisfaction of its citizens.

Ok car wash but over rated.

I have been there several times and I always have to have them go back to wipe off the dash, a window or two, wipe out the cup holders, vacuum back floors, etc. There is always something. So, it is a good car wash, if you help them do their job. I just don't like when they roll their eyes at you because you ask them to do something they should of done in the first place. I'm paying good money, I shouldn't have to say a thing.

ok listen i dont know what any of yall are talking about!! rich's is the best car wash in mobile by far!!! we havent had one of our car wash's close. the seat shampoo that you were talking about, maybe your seats were so dirty that we could only do so much. i wish that people would realize that its hard work to work there!

Terrible all around.

Worst service I have ever had. Wanted seat shampoo only. Service man talked me into a full service car wash too. When I picked it up 4 hours later, they had shampooed the carpet only. They had not even washed, dusted, or even what I had specifically asked for. Then, they tried to half way do it within 20 minutes with me standing there! And I had to leave on wet seats! Awful, terrible, appalled.

I have been going to Rich's for many years. They do an excellent job! I always receive quality service and a friendly atmosphere. For $ 24.95 I can get my car completely cleaned inside and out with tire and dash dressing plus leather conditioner. That is a great deal, No where else in town can beat it.

Worst car wash in Mobile.

I just paid 24.95 for the worst car wash I have ever seen. I own a 2003 F150 Ford Pickup that is in great condition. The pickup bed was still full of leaves and needles from my christmas tree. It was so dirty I called the dealer to find out why. He told me that to clean the bed was extra. For 24.95 there should not be extras. The rest of the truck was poorly done also. The interior was not wiped down and a little armor-all was lightly applied. Very poor service. I hope my oil change wasn't as poorly done. I will not be back in the future.
